Data collected

When you request a quote or send a contact message, EPC Technixs collects the data you voluntarily provide (identity, contact details, project description, any photos).

Purpose

This data is used solely to process the request, prepare a quote or answer a question, and is never passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

A prospect's data (a quote request or contact message with no follow-up) is kept for 3 years from the last contact. For a client (accepted quote), documents relating to the business relationship and invoicing are kept for 7 years, in accordance with Belgian accounting and tax obligations.
